Leiningen Release 1.3.0!

做为Clojure的主流构建工具，在昨天Clojure1.2.0发布不到一天的时间内，Leiningen 1.3.0 也发布了。

1.1.0正在用，1.2.0没有试验过，就要开始1.3.0的征程了。
