用eclipse3.6-javaee版本打开demo的根目录
右键点 spring-data-document-parent， run as --> maven install
控制台出现警告：

大概意思是， 没有对 org.apache.maven.plugins:maven-source-plugin 这个插件指定版本号，指定一下就不报这个了！可以去 http://repo1.maven.org/maven2/org/apache/maven/plugins/ 上查找某些插件的版本。
